Corey Zimmerman, Chaplain

Corey, an ordained pastor for 11 years and a Hospice Chaplain since 2014, offers extensive experience in spiritual care, counseling, and leading men's groups in New Mexico. His work extends to life coaching, where he assists companies and individuals in aligning with Christian faith and core values. Holding a master's degree from Andrews University and board certification from the Seventh-day Adventist denomination, Corey is also skilled in Critical Incident Stress Management and conflict resolution.

As a co-founder of Be Decisive Stay Committed, his mission is to guide men away from mediocrity and towards leadership, self-esteem, and success, drawing from his journey for inspiration.

Darrell K. DeMotta, MBA

Darrell is a retired veteran and worship leader of two congregations in Upstate New York for the last three years. He is a first-year seminary student earning his Master’s in Divinity/Theology in the Presbyterian denomination. As a former technology CEO, he leverages his background to help churches modernize and grow. With degrees in Information Technology, an MBA, and certifications in leadership and development from Cornell University, Darrell applies his expertise to church and personal growth initiatives.

As a Be Decisive Stay Committed co-founder, he aims to guide men, particularly veterans and first responders who suffer from PTS, towards spiritual, mental, and physical renewal, emphasizing the importance of daily commitment and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit.

Darrell is a recent graduate from Warrior PATHH, a program that provides training to transform struggle into strength and thrive in the aftermath of trauma. Warrior PATHH — Progressive and Alternative Training for Helping Heroes — is based on the science of Posttraumatic Growth (PTG).
